Return & Replacement Policy – XYLOID

Thank you for shopping at XYLOID. We are committed to delivering high-quality products with careful craftsmanship. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility (Size Issues Only)

XYLOID accepts returns only for size-related issues.
If the delivered size does not fit, the item will be replaced with the correct size, subject to availability.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 8 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Items damaged due to washing, misuse, alteration, or wear will not be accepted


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Color or product change requests (only size replacement allowed)


3. Return & Size Replacement Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email xyloidstore@gmail.com within  2 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Size received

  • Size required

  • Clear photo of the product with tags attached

Step 2: Approval

Once reviewed and approved, return instructions and the return address will be shared.

Step 3: Send Back the Item

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

After inspection, the correct size will be dispatched subject to availability.


4. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Defective Items)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps:

Email xyloidstore@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage

If Approved:

  • Return shipping will be covered by XYLOID

  • A replacement or full refund will be provided

Exclusions:

  • Damage due to improper handling or washing

  • Items used after delivery

  • Products altered in any way


5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds for size-related issues

  • Refunds are provided only for approved defective or damaged items

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


6. Shipping Costs

  • Size exchange returns: Customer bears return shipping cost

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Defective or wrong items: Return shipping fully covered by XYLOID


7. Late or Missing Refunds (Defective Items Only)

If a refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing delays may occur)
