At XYLOID, we believe in intentional purchases and thoughtful craftsmanship. Please review our purchase and cancellation guidelines below.

Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase methods for your convenience:

  • Prepaid Orders (recommended for faster processing)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes
    (A nominal COD charge may apply)

All orders are subject to availability and successful payment authorization.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Please review your order details carefully, including size, color, and shipping address.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly with your order number.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible time frame will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

Failed or Refused Deliveries (COD)

  • If a COD order is refused or delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, future COD purchases may be restricted.

  • Repeated non-acceptance of deliveries may result in account limitations.
